Our free-to-use Wi-Fi router offer is available for select plans and is provided to new customers (T&C applied). After successful payment clearance, the router will be installed within 2 – 5 working days. The router remains free to use during the plan’s validity period and must be returned in good working condition upon service suspension or disconnection. Customers are responsible for taking due care of the router. Any damage to the router may result in replacement charges, as determined by Globalnet Communications.
