Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Installation: A full refund will be issued if the service is canceled before installation.

Un-Subscription After 30 Days: No refunds are provided for service unsubscribed after 30 days.

Service Provision Delay by Provider: If Globalnet Communications fails to deliver the service within the agreed period (standard delivery is 1 to 7 days from payment clearance), no charges will apply.

Service Provision Delay by Subscriber: All one-time charges, including installation, activation, and transaction fees, will be forfeited if the subscriber delays service provision.

Post-Service Provisioning: All one-time and recurring charges are payable as applicable once the service is provided.

Refund Processing: Any eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days after account termination. Termination requires:

  1. The return of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) in working condition.
  2. Settlement of all outstanding balances within 3 working days.
  3. Communication of the termination to the customer.
